Privacy Policy

How we collect, use, share and protect your information — and the rights you have over it.

Effective date: July 26, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 26, 2026

1. Who we are

AirCallCenter.online ("AirCallCenter", "we", "us", "our") operates the website aircallcenter.online and provides independent travel assistance by telephone: booking flights, changing the date or route of existing tickets, cancelling tickets, and urgent rebooking after a missed flight or connection. We do not process airline refund claims or baggage claims.

Independence notice: We are an independent travel agency. We are not an airline and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or officially connected to any airline. All airline names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and through phone calls with our agents.

2. Information we collect

This website has no forms. We do not collect personal information through the site itself — there is nothing to fill in and nothing to submit. Everything in this section describes information you give us verbally during a phone call, or automatically generated technical data about your visit.

2.1 Information you give us on a call

2.2 Payment information

We do not collect or store full payment card details through this website. If a service or advisory fee applies, payment is taken through a third-party payment processor, or directly by the airline, and card details are handled by that processor under its own privacy terms.

2.3 Information collected automatically

3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Phone calls and call recording

Calls with our agents may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping. Where recording requires consent under applicable state law, you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask that recording be stopped or may end the call. Recordings and call metadata (such as the number dialed, call time and duration) may be processed by our telephony and call-tracking providers on our behalf.

5. Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:

On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you accept. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the website footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.

Your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, where transmitted, is treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. How we share information

We share personal information only as needed, with:

7. Data retention

We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements — typically up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless a longer period is legally required. Aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer in a form that does not identify you.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls and staff confidentiality obligations to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents (such as passport scans) by unencrypted email.

9. Your privacy rights

9.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

Categories of personal information we collect, under CCPA terminology: identifiers (name, phone, email, IP address); commercial information (services requested and purchased); internet activity information (site usage); audio information (call recordings); and geolocation inferred at city level from IP address. We do not knowingly collect biometric, health, precise geolocation or government-ID data through this website.

9.2 Other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others) have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and opt-out of targeted advertising, and may appeal a denied request by replying to our response.

9.3 How to exercise your rights

Call our toll-free line at +1 (888) 596-2291 at any time and say you are making a privacy request. We will verify your identity using information already held in our records — we will not ask you for documents we do not already have — and respond within 45 days, extendable by a further 45 days where permitted. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with your written permission.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.

12. Contact us
