1. Who we are
AirCallCenter.online ("AirCallCenter", "we", "us", "our") operates the website aircallcenter.online and provides independent travel assistance by telephone: booking flights, changing the date or route of existing tickets, cancelling tickets, and urgent rebooking after a missed flight or connection. We do not process airline refund claims or baggage claims.
This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through our website and through phone calls with our agents.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you give us on a call
- Contact details — name, phone number and, optionally, email address, given to an agent during a call.
- Travel details — routes, dates, passenger names, confirmation or booking reference numbers, and airline loyalty numbers, where you provide them so we can assist with your request.
- Request details — the nature of your inquiry and any notes you choose to share.
2.2 Payment information
We do not collect or store full payment card details through this website. If a service or advisory fee applies, payment is taken through a third-party payment processor, or directly by the airline, and card details are handled by that processor under its own privacy terms.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth and clicks on phone-number links.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see section 5.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your request, call you back and provide travel assistance.
- To communicate with airlines or suppliers on your behalf, at your instruction.
- To quote and process applicable advisory fees.
- To measure website performance and marketing effectiveness (for example, which search terms lead to real phone calls).
- To detect, prevent and investigate fraud, abuse or security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
4. Phone calls and call recording
Calls with our agents may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping. Where recording requires consent under applicable state law, you will be notified at the start of the call and may ask that recording be stopped or may end the call. Recordings and call metadata (such as the number dialed, call time and duration) may be processed by our telephony and call-tracking providers on our behalf.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use the following categories of cookies and similar technologies:
- Strictly necessary — required for the site to function and to remember your cookie choice. These are always active.
- Analytics — Google Analytics 4, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand aggregate traffic and on-site behavior (page views, scroll depth, clicks on phone links).
- Advertising and measurement — where enabled, tags that measure conversions from advertising campaigns.
- Call tracking — a call-tracking provider may display a dynamic phone number and associate your call with the marketing source that brought you to the site.
On your first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. We use Google Consent Mode: analytics and advertising storage remain denied until you accept. You can change your choice at any time via the Cookie Settings link in the website footer, or by clearing site data in your browser.
Your browser's "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, where transmitted, is treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. How we share information
We share personal information only as needed, with:
- Airlines, consolidators and travel suppliers — to complete the booking, change or cancellation you requested.
- Service providers — telephony and call-tracking providers, hosting providers, CRM providers, analytics providers (Google), and payment processors, each acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where required by law, subpoena or to protect our legal rights.
- Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
7. Data retention
We keep request and booking records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements — typically up to 3 years after your last interaction, unless a longer period is legally required. Aggregated analytics data may be retained for longer in a form that does not identify you.
8. Security
We use HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls and staff confidentiality obligations to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents (such as passport scans) by unencrypted email.
9. Your privacy rights
9.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information.

10. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
